About Rhiân Thomas

Hi, I’m Rhiân …

I’m not just a coach — I am a channel, a vessel, a woman reborn through fire.

After a near-death experience, I was divinely guided to discover the tools, modalities, and embodiment practices that not only saved my life but rebuilt it from the inside out. These are the tools I now share with the world. I don’t just teach them — I live them. I breathe them. I am proof that the body is magic, and when nourished with intention, it can reset, rewire, and return to its divine state.

My path has been anything but linear. I’ve walked through chronic illness, emotional trauma, spiritual breakdowns — and yet through it all, I heard the call: You are here to rise. And you are here to help others rise too.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned breather, each session is guided intuitively and layered to meet you where you are. You'll be held in a safe and supportive space as you explore your breath, your energy, and your cosmic potential.

Can I join the Academy anytime?

Yes! RHI-IGNITE Your Cosmic Magick Academy is designed for you to dive in when you feel the call. You can start your journey at your own pace, and you’ll be supported with ongoing resources, activations, and community energy to keep you aligned and inspired.

Are in-person events available?

Absolutely. I regularly offer in-person workshops, retreats, and sacred gatherings. These are deeply immersive and transformative spaces to connect with the work, the elements, and the community in real life. Keep an eye on the Events page or join the mailing list for upcoming dates.

What happens inside a session?

Each session is a sacred space that blends modern and ancient techniques of breathwork, Chinese Medicine movement, sound, energetic alignment, and visualization. You’ll be guided through a cosmic activation designed to shift energy, regulate the nervous system, and open up space for healing, transformation, and deep embodiment. Every session is unique, attuned to the collective energy and your personal intentions.

Is this work trauma-informed?

Yes. This work is rooted in compassion, body-awareness, and nervous system safety. Everything offered invites you to listen to your body and move at your own pace. Trauma-informed principles are woven through all experiences to ensure you're supported and empowered throughout your journey.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IAMRHITHOM – RHIQARA OMNARA Academy of Sacred Energy & INfinite Expansion, we honour the depth, energy, and integrity of every session, program, and transformational offering. Please review the following terms carefully: Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of any session. Cancellations made within this window will still be honoured with a session. However, no-shows or insufficient notice may result in session forfeiture. No Refunds Policy Due to the transformational nature, personal energetic investment, and time commitment involved in our offerings, we do not offer refunds once a program or session has been purchased. Rescheduling Policy In the event that a client is unable to begin a 1:1 program or attend a group coaching program after purchase due to a significant and valid reason, the following rescheduling terms apply: 1:1 Coaching Programs: The client will have a grace period of up to three months from the original purchase date to rebook and commence their sessions. Group Coaching Programs: The client will be offered one opportunity to join the next available group cohort. Failure to attend, communicate, or rebook within the provided timeframe will result in forfeiture of the program, and no refund or further rescheduling will be granted. By enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of their commitment to the journey.

Your Responsibility: True change begins with personal commitment. If a client can demonstrate that they have used the tools consistently, followed guidance, and fully participated—but experienced no noticeable change—we will offer an additional support or coaching session to assist your continued journey.
